For Katie Jo's patients:

Portal messages are monitored and responded to 1 - 2 times a week.For urgent requests please call the office at  (512) 876-2267 ext 4. If your symptoms have changed or you desire a new-to-you medication then a 15-30 minute telehealth appointment is warranted. Call the office to schedule an appointment with your provider. For all other portal requests, expect a 5-7 business days response time.


For Sara's patients:

Sara is in the portal on Fridays.  She will be out of the office until Feb 2nd 2024, although will be able to check portal messaging weekly until Jan. 17th.

Please call the office or message Shann w/ needs that cannot wait/or seek care through your PCP or urgent care for urgent refills. 

Normally when in the office on Fridays, Sara will check portal messages and do refills at that time.  Please send your request(s) accordingly.  

If you are needing a refill on a prescription, please give us at least 72 business hours to address.
